Jenkins Tri-State Home Inspections provides professional home inspection services to clients in West Virginia, Western Maryland, and Virginia. All inspections are visual, non-invasive evaluations of a property’s accessible systems and components, conducted in accordance with applicable industry standards.

The inspection report is based on the condition of the property at the time of inspection. It is not a warranty, guarantee, or insurance policy.

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to all areas of the property to be inspected. We encourage clients to be present during the inspection to ask questions and review findings.

Payment is due at or before the time of the inspection, unless prior arrangements are made.

The inspector’s liability for any claim related to the inspection or report shall be limited to the amount of the inspection fee paid. Jenkins Tri-State Home Inspections is not responsible for any repairs, future conditions, or issues not visible at the time of the inspection.

Inspection reports are intended solely for the client named in the agreement. No third parties may rely on the report without written consent from Jenkins Tri-State Home Inspections.

Reports may not be copied, sold, or distributed without permission.
